I love the body, the poetry and mechanics of movement, the power of regeneration, and getting to know all the people involved. I have been an athlete, a yogini and a fijista my whole life, so know firsthand the importance of rest, rehabilitation and relaxation to improve my own life, mood, and performance.
Twenty years ago! I opened my first professional practise: I started with my first passion, Thai yoga massage. My initial interest and education in Thai was as a way to help my students and clients while working in the fitness industry. I was certified in Chang Mai - Levels 1-3 - in 2004. I feel in love with the work and the immediate results in my clients.
Later my studies deepened into deep tissue training, certified in Sweden, and then learning Cranial-Sacral massage in Hamburg. Due to my love of sports I also earned my sports therapy licence - also in Germany - in 2022. This included certification in deep tissue and sport therapy massage, techniques targeted specifically for injury recovery, as well as pain relief from repetitive moment to increase performance.
Cosmetic Lymphatic drainage is an ongoing interest of mine, especially due to its drastic visible results immediately in appearance and the client's mood, !. I was certified in Berlin in lymphatic drainage for the face, head, shoulders and chest.
Most recently I became certified in Reiki Level One.
I truly love people, I love this work.
